Ningbo City College, represented by Vice President Wang Zhilong, expressed strong support for the initiative and identified areas of collaboration including participation in the China–ASEAN Skills Innovation Initiative, joint research and knowledge exchange on skills development and workforce innovation, academic exchanges and collaborative programmes, and participation in international dialogues and capacity-building activities. The partnership is expected to facilitate academic cooperation, policy dialogue, and joint initiatives among institutions across ASEAN, China, and other regions.
