UNESCO-IIEP is UNESCO’s specialist institute for education planning and management, supporting Member States in strengthening their capacity to plan and manage education systems. The Chairholder conducted a Visiting Fellowship at UNESCO-IIEP in 2025, producing a joint analytical output on strategic directions for Thailand’s TVET reform. UNESCO-IIEP provides policy research collaboration, foresight input to the Annual International Report, technical consultation, and peer review support.
