OVEC is the principal national authority responsible for overseeing Thailand’s vocational education system. In a formal letter of support signed by Secretary-General. OVEC expressed unequivocal support for the initiative and committed to close collaboration through knowledge exchange, joint capacity-building initiatives, pilot implementation projects, and policy dialogue. OVEC already deploys Siam University’s e-learning modules on green skills across its national network of public vocational colleges.
