The Thai National Commission for UNESCO, led by Secretary-General. formally endorsed the initiative in January 2026, recognising Siam University’s long-standing engagement in skills development, workforce transformation, and inclusive human capital development. The Commission underscored the initiative’s alignment with UNESCO’s mandate, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and SDG 4 on quality education and lifelong learning for all.
